KOMA Film Camera Privacy Policy
Introduction
This policy describes how Kotetsu Inc. ("we") handles information in the iOS app KOMA Film Camera (the "App").
Information We Collect
The App does not collect personal information, location, usage data, device identifiers or any other information, and does not send any to us or to third parties. The App contains no advertising, no analytics and no feature that communicates with an external server.
Camera and Microphone
The App uses the camera to take photos and videos, and the microphone to record sound with videos. Photos, videos and sound are processed on your device and are never sent off it.
Photo Library
With your permission, the App saves the photos and videos you take to your photo library. The permission it asks for is add-only; the App never reads your photo library. When you import photos or videos from your library, only the items you choose are given to the App.
Purchases
KOMA Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple handles the purchase and payment; the App does not receive your payment details or any other information about you, only whether Pro is unlocked on your device.
What Is Stored on Your Device
Your photos and videos, look settings (.koma files) and app settings are stored on your device in the App's own storage. You can see them in the Files app, and they are removed from your device when you delete the App. Whether they are included in your device backups depends on your device settings.
Children's Privacy
The App collects no information, and so collects none from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may change this policy when needed. The changed policy applies from the time it is posted on this page. If the App ever starts collecting information, this page will say so.
